Account Executive The Role Our client is a rapidly growing and extremely exciting business within the HR Tech space. They are hiring for an Account Executive to own the full sales lifecycle and to support the business as goes from strength to strength. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth Manage the full lifecycle sales, from prospecting to close Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts Represent the client at industry events and conferences to drive pipeline activity and build brand awareness Collaborate other departments to develop and execute campaigns and support successful onboarding Required Skills and Qualifications 3 years experience within a sales role in a SaaS business Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas Able to collaborate effectively with the wider team Fully remote role but expectations The Package Base salary of £45,000 - £60,000 OTE of an additional £30,000 Generous pension Competitive holiday allowance
