The Successful Surveying Services Manager Will: Have a robust background in surveying and asset management, ideally with MRICS post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of planned investment programmes. Demonstrate key characteristics such as strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and an ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. Be adept at budget monitoring, contract management, and utilising asset management databases to drive long-term business plans. Deliver effective stakeholder engagement by developing communication strategies that keep residents and internal teams well informed. Champion compliance and initiatives, ensuring that all property maintenance meets Decent Homes Standard, HHSRS guidelines, and mould prevention protocols.
