Are you a passionate and caring childcare professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of young children? We're looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team in Northampton!
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive and develop. You will work as part of a supportive team to plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
* A genuine love for working with young children
* Knowledge of the EYFS and child development
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
* Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
* Supporting children's learning and development through play
* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Maintaining a safe and clean environment
* Keeping accurate records of children's progress
* Following safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
