Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker – Children’s Home Location: Seaford Salary: £39,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Overview: Are you an experienced residential support worker looking to take the next step in your career? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join a highly regarded 2 bed children’s residential home in Seaford. You’ll play a key leadership role in a therapeutic home supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Working 3 x shifts per week plus regular sleep-in duties, this role offers a stable rota, progression potential, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young lives.
