EHCP Annual Review Lead
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an EHCP Annual Review Lead to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture team on a full‑time, permanent basis over 38 weeks, including term time. The role pays from J26 £28,248.30 up to J29 £30,584.00 (J26 £33,115.00 to J29 £35,853.00 FTE), depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
* Facilitate annual review meetings for students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Ensure the review process is well‑coordinated, student‑centred and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Work closely with students, parents/carers, teachers, support staff, and external agencies to gather, review and act upon all necessary information to enhance student outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Dedicated, organised, and capable of managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
* Knowledge of EHCP legislation and best practice in review procedures.
* Must undertake an enhanced DBS and Barred List check and other legally required checks.
