*10-month Maternity Contract (with potential to be made permanent!)*
Our client, an incredibly established Manufacturer/Distributor of Sparkling Wine, are looking to recruit an office-based Sales Coordinator to assist with all administrative tasks associated with their order process. Working on a hybrid basis in a fun, sociable office (75+ FTE), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!
Our client have been established for over 30 years, and are widely regarded as the UK's finest sparkling wine. After a number of recent acquisitions they have only strengthened their grip on the market and have consistently grown YOU - leading to a very dynamic/exciting place to work. Due to their current incumbent heading off on maternity leave at the beginning of April, they are looking for the perfect candidate to join them in a Sales Coordination capacity at least until the end of January 2027 (with the potential for this to be extended or, if thepany continues to grow, transition into a permanent contract). In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-class sales coordination, ensuring that orders are taken/processed in a professional/accurate/timely manner
- Providing an incredible service to thepany's client base
- Handling all inbound sales queries/orders over the phone/email
- Assisting in delivering an exceptional aftersales service
- Maintaining strong relationships with key customers - taking ownership of any issuesplaints
- Processing all orders using thepany CRM
-municating with the distillery regarding any order/delivery issues
- Coordinating and monitoring sample stock usage / tracking allocation of stock
- Providing general administrative duties
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience of working in a Sales Administration/Coordination capacity
- Familiarity with sales/inventory management systems
- Hands-on experience of maintaining stock levels/processing orders accurately
- Demonstrable ability to deliver an exceptional customer service / handle high-volume daily queries (over the phone/email)
- Strong administrative ability - order processing/stock management/CRM
- Experience of collaborating with internal teams (Sales/Finance/Warehouse) and external stakeholders, ensuring a smooth sales operation
- Fun, sociable personality!
In addition to a verypetitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000, our client are also offering the following:
