We’re looking for a proactive Care Coordinator on behalf of our client to join their friendly team. You’ll help match clients with amazing Care Professionals, keep schedules running smoothly, and jump in to fix problems before they become big ones. What You’ll Be Doing Build weekly care schedules that work for everyone — clients and Care Professionals Match people based on skills, personality, and availability (think: making the perfect match!) React fast when things change — rearrange visits, support the team, and keep everyone in the loop Keep everything updated in our system (we’re tech-friendly!)
