Salary: £90–£120 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Teaching Personnel is currently working in partnership with a highly regarded primary school in Windsor to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a long-term position starting September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and well-led school where you can make a real difference to pupils’ learning and development.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2 in the teacher's absence
Provide small group and 1:1 intervention support where needed
Support class teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment
Assist in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
Work collaboratively with staff to support all learners, including those with SEND
Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Proven classroom experience in a primary setting
Strong understanding of the national curriculum
Confident managing whole-class teaching when required
Flexible, reliable, and passionate about education
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
