What You’ll Do...
As a Network Office team member, you’ll be at the heart of the action, responsible for:
* Prepare compliant and accurately mapped bus service registrations with varying local authorities
* Communicate with local depots to identify upcoming roadworks and plan diversions
* Producing bus schedules and driver duties in line with service levels and legal requirements
* Build timetable and service proposals and provide information to assist the company with bids for new business opportunities
* Assisting in route planning, event management, and service updates.
* Working with wider commercial team to identify potential improvements in the bus schedules and network performance
* Maintain Next Stop systems and Destination Blind programming in line with accessibility regulations
What We’re Looking For...
* Strong communication and decision-making skills.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
* Good geographical knowledge of the area or willingness to learn.
* IT literacy
* Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or control room setting is a bonus—but not essential. Full training provided.
