Job Description
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics of customer orders, ensuring timely and complete deliveries. This includes integrating orders into the production schedule, liaising with third-party packers and logistics providers, maintaining accurate stock records, and managing customs documentation for exports.
Responsibilities
* Plan bulk/retail/oat drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers.
* Maintain accurate stock levels using Sage 200.
* Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager, Finance, and Sales Department to align stock and sales forecasts.
* Manage logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries.
* Investigate customer delivery complaints.
* Ensure correctness of export customs documentation.
* Perform other related tasks as required.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards.
* Ability to meet KPIs such as on-time in-full orders, warehouse GMP audits, and production KPIs.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
