Job Overview
The Digital Marketing & Content Executive will play a central role in delivering Hawk Training's marketing strategy across apprenticeship and commercial provision. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The postholder will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing and growing Hawk's social media presence, supporting campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
With a strong knowledge of digital trends, social media platforms, and visual branding, the successful candidate will help raise Hawk's profile, strengthen learner and employer engagement, and directly contribute to business growth.
Role Accountabilities:
Content & Social Media
* Manage and grow Hawk's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook).
Campaigns & Brand
* Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns promoting apprenticeships and services.
* Draft compelling copy for websites, email campaigns, press releases, and newsletters.
* Ensure consistent brand identity across digital and print channels.
* Provide design support (Canva essential, Adobe Creative Suite desirable).
Analytics & Research
* Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot).
* Monitor competitors and digital trends to inform strategy.
* Recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Events & Resources
* Assist with organising and promoting events, webinars, and forums.
* Produce event coverage and content to extend brand reach.
* Develop branded resources, promotional materials, and merchandise.
* Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, reels, blogs, videos, case studies).
* Monitor engagement, respond to audiences, and build online communities.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement strategies (_Essential)_
* Advanced design and video-editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
* Proven ability to create engaging content (copy, visuals, and multimedia) (_Essential)_
* Proficient in Canva (or similar design tools) with a strong eye for branding and design (_Essential)_
* Experience creating podcasts, webinars, or multimedia campaigns
* Knowledge of HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation system)
* Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail (_Essential)_
* Experience with event promotion, coordination, and digital coverage
* Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and email marketing tools
