What Youll Be Doing: Championing quality care and clinical excellence across the clinic. Supporting and mentoring staff through ongoing training and development. Coordinating patient scheduling and staffing to ensure smooth operations. Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with Renal Association guidelines. Sharing your specialist renal nursing expertise with junior colleagues. Building trusted relationships with patients, families, and NHS partners. What Youll Bring: NMC Registered Nurse with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing. Minimum 2 years experience in Haemodialysis at a senior level.
