Responsibilities:
1. Be the Account Lead for a list of identified accounts.
2. Establish and develop relationships with customer base.
3. Capture business data for clients to produce account plans, detailing opportunities for growth and highlighting risks of potential churn.
4. Deliver monthly sales target through constant cross selling services to named customers.
5. Place opportunities, information and orders on the CRM and sales forecasting systems.
6. Ensure pipeline growth exists for 300% monthly target cover.
7. Liaise with multiple internal teams to access key information for clients.
8. Regularly call clients to review services, gain feedback and discuss opportunities for the future.
9. Research key drivers and motivators for buying patterns within industry sectors and IT / Comms verticals to aid opportunity spotting.
10. Follow up on marketing and e-mail campaigns with outbound call activity to generate interest in CloudClevr products/services.
11. Maintain and grow the existing customer base, ensuring excellent service is given to customers at all times.
12. Be an ambassador for the CloudClevr Group and actively promote relevant products/services to the base.
13. Consistently look to find sales opportunities.
14. Manage churn & erosion by proactively re-signing customers.
15. Conduct market and customer research.
16. Carry out any ‘ad hoc’ assignments as and when required.
17. Be compliant with health and safety company policy and legislation.
18. Continually look to understand competitor activity.
19. Perform day-to-day administration tasks – updating CRM system, generating and maintaining management reports.
20. Gain a deep understanding of each customer through profiling.
21. Understand the benefits of each CloudClevr Group product/solution.
22. Work to set KPIs.
23. Continually develop yourself using managerial support and learning tools such as T2 Hub.
