Key Responsibilities
* Dining Area Setup: Prepare dining areas, functions, and meeting spaces before service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Food Service & Replenishment: Serve meals and replenish food stations as needed, ensuring everything is available and properly maintained throughout service.
* Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service to military personnel in dining, retail, and other areas.
* Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by regularly sanitizing workstations, equipment, and dining areas in line with health and safety standards.
* Event Support: Assist with special events and functions, ensuring all aspects of service run smoothly and efficiently.
* Teamwork: Work closely with your team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
What You'll Need

* No Experience Required: Previous hospitality or food service experience is helpful but not required. A willingness to learn and adapt is key.

Salary & Hours
37.5 hours per week – £12.21 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
5 days out of 7 - Rotating shift pattern: Monday to Friday Early shift 06:30 - 14:30, Middle shift 08:30 - 16:30, Late Shift 14:00 - 22:00. Weekends 10:00 - 18:00. Overtime available. Job Description
As a Hospitality Assistant with Sodexo at Aliwal Joint Officers Mess, Aliwal Barracks, Tidworth Garrison, Tidworth, SP9 7BB, you'll play an important role in supporting military personnel on a Ministry of Defence (MOD) base. Your day-to-day interactions will directly impact the experience of those serving, ensuring they have a positive and efficient dining.
