Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support our Facilities Management contract. Based in Stafford, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a diverse estate of 30 facilities across Staffordshire. Your new role
* Coordinating and maintaining compliance and project trackers
* Managing sub-contractor data, vetting, and performance
* Monitoring project costs and ensuring budget adherence
* Producing reports, schedules, and documentation to support FM operations
* Supporting procurement processes and raising purchase orders
* Ensuring data accuracy across systems and documentation
* Occasionally meeting sub-contractors on-site when required
* Promoting wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion within the team
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous office-based experience
* Strong understanding of Facilities Management, Project Management, and Technical Compliance
* Proficiency in CAFM systems (preferably Concept) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* IOSH Managing Safely (preferred)
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary opportunity which is set to last until December 2025. The hourly rate of pay is £14.00 per hour and the working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00.
