PURPOSE As a Product Specialist Authentication Services, you are responsible for ensuring sustained profitability and enhancement of the product portfolio. To assist the Product Manager International Schemes and Value Adds. You will engage with the following stakeholders: Internal stakeholders • Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)Product Service Management, Business Support, IT, Delivery, Shared Services External stakeholders • Customers • Relevant regulatory bodies • External vendors Your key responsibilities include: The specific activities under the Product Specialist role include (not limited to): • Product Performance Management and Value Enhancement of product offerings • Product Risk Management • Product Change Management • Issuing and Acquiring knowledge • Knowledge on chargeback rules for international schemes • Knowledge on chargeback arbitration Key areas of focus for the Product Specialist Authenticated Services • Business case(s) • Development and Management of new products and value adds in collaboration with international card schemes QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE • Relevant BCom/Information Management degree/diploma • Required computer literacy levels EXPERIENCE • Minimum 5 years experience in card • Minimum 5 years’ management experience working on chargebacks • Working Knowledge of card issuing and Acquiring • Working Knowledge of International card scheme brands • Knowledge of card value added services, Tokenisation, 3D secure and card fraud management
