Salary: £24,375-£25k – depending on experience
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Hours: 9.00-17.30
Work Pattern: Hybrid Working (after initial training in the office)

What you'll be doing
* Predominantly supporting a temp desk with candidate and client communications and dealing with queries relating to payroll, holidays, temporary assignments and all general temp queries
* Administrative compliance: carrying out pre‑employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
* Supporting the recruitment of a pool of office professionals through advertising, social media, LinkedIn, and job boards to ensure we always have top talent ready to place into temporary roles
* Receiving and reviewing applications, conducting the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, followed by registering the candidate to match the roles they are looking for
* Generating candidate referrals
* Providing the utmost candidate care (sending a thank‑you card to recognise hard work and commitment, celebrating Temp of the Month, visiting a candidate you’ve just placed on their first day with a gift and wishing them all the best for their first week, answering candidate queries)
* Acting as a champion of marketing – giving briefs to the team on what’s being covered and even creating your own marketing content to attract top candidates
* Working in a fast‑paced and diverse environment, making each day different
About you
We don’t need prior recruitment experience, but we want someone with the drive to stay in the role, work hard, and enjoy the rewards. If you come from a customer‑service background – hospitality, retail, or similar – and are comfortable on the phone, this role is for you.
* Strong communicator (verbal and written), happy to speak to clients and candidates on the phone, via video, and face to face
* Excellent attention to detail for administrative tasks
