Our mission
1. Deliver outstanding client and after-sale service to every visitor, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step
2. Drive sales by demonstrating superior product knowledge, engagement, and an entrepreneurial mindset on the sales floor
3. Guide and support new and junior team members by sharing effective selling strategies, upselling techniques, and actionable tips to drive business
4. Take the lead in achieving and exceeding both individual and team sales and KPI goals
5. Model a transparent and authentic approach with customers, focusing on building strong relationships that lead to repeat business
6. Communicate openly and professionally with clients and colleagues to optimize store performance
7. Identify business opportunities and work closely with Key Account Manager(s) and Field Sales Supervisor to maximize conversion rates
8. Maintain a proactive presence on the floor to identify and capitalize on shopper needs, ensuring that each interaction leads to a tailored product recommendation
9. Support operational routines as needed, including merchandising, store upkeep, and adherence to all company policies and operational procedures
10. Reinforce Dyson’s values and culture through strong work ethic and consistent results
About You
11. 4+ years’ professional Retail Sales experience, providing high-quality service focused on client needs. Experience in technology and prestige luxury brands an asset
12. Have a natural business mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit with proven track record in achieving and exceeding quotas
13. Strong team spirit to achieve common goals – build strong relationships within Dyson as well as with our third-party retail partners
14. Self-motivated, able to work independently and understands when to seek guidance
15. Proactive, enthusiastic, & with a problem-solving attitude
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
17. Strong negotiation skills combined with an adaptable approach to selling
18. At ease with using tools and applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook etc)
19. Comfortable in working retail hours (including weekends, holidays), up to 8 hours per shift
