As a Programme Manager, you will sit at the heart of a critical transformation programme, working closely with senior leadership and reporting into the SRO, driving forward meaningful change across Children’s Services. Your role as Programme Manager:
* Lead workstream coordination across complex programme activity
* Manage and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies to senior leadership
* Drive programme governance and support key strategic meetings
* Deliver clear, impactful reporting and updates to the SRO
* Collaborate across directorates to enable transformational change
Your experience as Programme Manager:
* Proven delivery of complex transformation programmes within a local authority or similar environment
* Strong expertise in project methodologies and tools (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, Agile)
* Demonstrable experience managing risk, governance, and stakeholder engagement
* Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organisational levels
* A track record of driving change and improving outcomes within services
