The Role – Cover Supervisor As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for whole classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lesson content while maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement. Key responsibilities include: Supervising classes across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Delivering set work and instructions left by teaching staff Managing classroom behaviour effectively and confidently Supporting students to stay on task and complete their work Upholding safeguarding procedures and school policies No Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required for this role.
