Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. To support the General Manager with External Audit process to ensure the service is fully compliant. Oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations on the nursing floor. Mentor and develop staff, promoting a positive and professional working environment. Work closely with residents and their families to maintain open and supportive communication. What you need: Valid NMC Pin. Experienced in a care home, hospital, or similar clinical environment. Confident in leading teams and managing clinical responsibilities. Compassionate, proactive, and committed to resident wellbeing. Knowledgeable about safeguarding, person‑centred care, and CQC standards. Ability to self-motivate, work on your own initiative as well as being a team player. A caring nature and an intuitive sensitivity to the needs of others.
