This Role
You’ll take ownership of UK sales strategy and delivery, leading and growing a small, high-performing team while driving growth across the dealer, distributor, fit-out and workspace design network.
Key responsibilities:
* Define and deliver national sales plans and commercial targets.
* Strengthen and expand dealer and channel partnerships across the UK.
* Win new business within the office furniture, interiors, and corporate wellbeing markets.
* Partner with marketing and product teams to launch new products.
* Represent Ergochair at workspace design, contract furniture and wellbeing industry events.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll have the autonomy, visibility and support to make a tangible impact.
About You
* Proven B2B sales experience in workplace furniture, contract furniture, office interiors, or wellbeing solutions.
* Success managing dealer, distributor, or fit-out sales networks.
* Background in design-led manufacturing or workplace solutions.
* Strategic and consultative selling style with strong relationship-building skills.
* Leadership experience – able to mentor, motivate and deliver results.
* Based within a commutable distance of Bristol HQ (2–3 days per week).
