Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer emails, portal messages, and callback requests regarding claims or insurance inquiries
* Provide clear and timely updates on claim progress and outcomes
* Handle general service queries, including warranty and insurance-related questions
* Assess motor claims for Alloy, Tyre, Cosmetic, and GAP policies
* Review photographic evidence to determine claim eligibility
* Validate GAP claims with supporting documentation
* Communicate decisions to customers and explain next steps
* Liaise with approved repairers to arrange services for eligible claims
* Follow up post-resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain a high level of service throughout the claims process
* Assist the wider team with general customer service tasks as required
Requirements:
* Experience working in Automotive Insurance Claims
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret insurance policy terms
* Highly organised and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously
* Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-driven approach
* Must live within the Reading area and have own transport
