Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities: To ensure correct storage of ingredients, raw materials, finished product and WIP. Also to ensure all products are labelled correctly and clearly with the correct and full information required to meet company standards. To ensure stock is used in correct rotation in accordance with date codes To ensure all raw materials are stored and handled in accordance with company procedures and food safety regulations To ensure that all finished goods are labelled for despatch correctly and in accordance with company procedures To complete all internal production paperwork and to ensure that details are correctly recorded To ensure that the forklift and all pallet wheels are in good condition and used following Health and Safety procedures, report any faults to your Production Manager/Supervisor. Communicate with area Team Leaders, Supervisors or Managers to ascertain what is required and when To ensure the dry goods stores are kept tidy at all times. Any raw materials should be stored hygienically to avoid contamination and obstruction to or by other production staff To carry out any other duties as specified by the Company Directors, Managers or Supervisors, including temporary transfer to other company sites Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11pm
