The role

We are looking for a friendly, organised Jewellery Sales & Customer Care Administrator to join our small, welcoming team for a maternity cover contract.

This role supports both the sales and production teams, ensuring each client enjoys a smooth and memorable experience from first enquiry through to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

1. Provide professional, attentive customer care via email, phone, and in person.
2. Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and client follow-ups.
3. Liaise with workshops and suppliers to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
4. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and track order progress.
5. Assist with packaging, shipping, and aftercare communications.
6. Keep the showroom organised and presentation-ready.
7. Support general administrative tasks as required.

Please note

This role is focused on coordination and client support design, marketing, and high-volume sales tasks are not part of the position.

About you

8. Previous experience in jewellery or luxury retail is highly beneficial.
9. Must have the right to work in the UK.
10. Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
11. MUST be computer literate and have an understanding of Microsoft Office and Sage
12. A friendly and approachable manner with a calm, professional presence.
13. Highly organised and detail-oriented.
14. Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and order management software.
15. A genuine interest in fine jewellery and creating positive client experiences.

Salary
£28,000£34,000 per annum (pro rata)
