Your Mission
“You’ll be the creative engine behind the brand’s social channels. Your mission is to make the product the most relatable, save‑able and engaged‑with brand in the FMCG space. You’ll bridge the gap between household name and creator‑led authenticity, ideating and executing content that resonates with the speed of culture.”
Key Responsibilities
* Solo Production: You are a one‑person studio. You’ll be responsible for capturing and editing high‑performing short‑form video (Reels, TikTok) and high‑aesthetic stills that make self‑care feel aspirational yet attainable.
* Trend Execution: You don’t just follow trends; you adapt them. You’ll identify emerging lifestyle and wellness subcultures and translate them into brand‑relevant content within hours.
* Content Calendar: You’ll co‑produce a legendary content calendar, ensuring a perfect mix of planned brand campaigns and reactive, in‑the‑moment content, alongside a content manager.
* Captions & Tone: witty and engaging brand persona that people actually want to follow.
Strategy
* Community Cultivation: You’re not just managing a page; you’re building a fanbase. You’ll foster a loyal community by engaging in the comments and DMs with a voice that feels authentic.
* Platform Mastery: Stay obsessed with the why behind the views. You’ll optimise content for the latest TikTok and Instagram algorithm shifts.
* Creative Insights: Use community feedback and sentiment to fuel your next big content idea.
Client & Performance
* Performance Tracking: Use tools like Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics to prove your creative works. You’ll turn likes into actionable insights for our monthly and quarterly reports.
* Client Guidance: As the social expert, you’ll guide the Radox team on why a specific trend or format is the right move, helping them navigate the ever‑changing social landscape.
Collaboration: Partner with internal design and production teams when it’s time to scale up for larger hero campaigns or multi‑channel shoots.
