HC-One Chef Job Description
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
We aim to provide an exceptional working experience, starting with a quick turnaround from job offer to start date.
About You
You will be organized, able to meet service times, thrive on autonomy, and follow recipes accurately. You should be passionate about food, understand the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents, and communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and report concerns appropriately.
