This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated IT professional who enjoys a mix of hands‑on field work, remote support, and exposure to a broad range of technologies across multiple client environments.
The successful candidate will split their time between providing onsite technical support at customer locations across London and assisting a busy service desk team when not attending client sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, building strong client relationships, and continuously developing their technical expertise.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering onsite IT support to a diverse customer base across London and surrounding areas.
* Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and cloud‑related issues.
* Providing remote support via telephone, email, and remote access tools.
* Maintaining accurate documentation and updating support tickets throughout the issue lifecycle.
* Escalating incidents where appropriate and collaborating with senior technical teams.
* Supporting Microsoft cloud and on‑premise environments.
* Building strong working relationships with end users and key stakeholders.
* Contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the support team.
* Acting as a trusted technical advisor and delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills & Experience Required
* MSP experience is ESSENTIAL!
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a 2nd Line Support, Service Desk, or IT Support role.
* At least 1 year of field engineering experience supporting multiple client sites.
* Previous experience working within an IT Managed Services, IT Support, or Technology Services environment.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across a broad range of technologies.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development.
