What You’ll Do
* Design and deliver FM strategies that harness cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions, driving efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.

* Support contract management for PPP/PFI projects, contributing to operational audits and ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Candidate Specification
At Mott MacDonald, we’re looking for curious, motivated graduates who want to make a real difference. You should be eligible for this opportunity if you have less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements) and hold a bachelor’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or are expected to achieve one in a property-related discipline with a keen interest in facilities management. You must be eligible to achieve security clearance. Security clearance is dictated by project types and normally requires you to be a UK national or have resided in the UK for five years or more. In your application, demonstrate genuine interest in the opportunity and in joining Mott MacDonald by highlighting relevant experience or interests—such as modules studied, previous work experience, or research about our company, values, and projects.
