Sous Chef – Bootle
Salary: £29,362 per annum
Schedule: Monday - Friday - hours per week
Eurest is seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic catering team in Bootle. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food.
What You’ll Do:
1. Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
3. Assist with menu preparation and high-volume food production
4. Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all dishes
5. Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
What We’re Looking For:
6. Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up
7. Excellent leadership and communication skills
8. Strong understanding of food safety and operational efficiency
9. Ability to perform under pressure
