About the Role
We are recruiting a professional and personable Office Receptionist for one of our clients in Manchester. This is a permanent position ideal for someone with a background in criminal law or experience in a legal office setting.
Key Responsibilities
Front desk reception duties including answering calls and greeting visitors
Managing appointments and handling general clerical tasks
Supporting office administration and maintaining a professional environment
Liaising with legal staff and clients in a courteous and efficient manner
Essential Skills
Strong phone etiquette and receptionist experience
Proficiency in clerical tasks and general office administration
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
Previous experience in a law firm or similar environment is a plus
