WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Comprehensive vehicle damage assessment and accurate estimation
* Customer liaison and explanation of repair processes
* Liaison with insurers, engineers, and loss adjusters
* Identifying and documenting all visible and hidden damage
* Supporting workshop planning and parts procurement
* Mentoring junior estimators and sharing expertise
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 8 years VDA experience in busy bodyshop environment
* Proven expertise with all major estimation systems
* Outstanding accuracy record with insurer relationships
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication skills for customer and insurer interaction
* Flexible approach to working hours when required
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
* ATA Vehicle Damage Assessment qualification
* IMI accreditation in estimating
* Experience with electric/hybrid vehicle assessment
* Knowledge of ADAS systems and calibration requirements
