About the Role
HARP has an exciting new recruitment opportunity for 1 New Housing Project Worker who will join a newly established team to provide a service across a new site in Leigh-on-Sea. As a Floating Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored one-to-one support in the community, helping people maintain their tenancies, build confidence, and achieve personal goals. You’ll work with individuals who have already made progress in their recovery journey, guiding them as they strengthen life skills, connect with services, and move closer to full independence.
Your Purpose
Your purpose will be to:
* Support clients in sustaining safe and stable accommodation
* Encourage independence through budgeting, tenancy management, and daily living skills
* Build confidence and motivation through positive, person-centred support
* Link individuals with training, employment, volunteering, and community opportunities
* Promote wellbeing and resilience, empowering clients to thrive in their recovery
