1to1 Group are working with an established company on the outskirts of Basingstoke (you will need to be a car driver/owner as it is a remote location) to join a stable team to process large amounts of orders and payments associated with subcontractors. Accuracy is important as well as the experience of high-volume invoice processing.
Responsibilities
·Purchase Ledger experience essential which involves processing 50+ subcontract orders and associated payments per week and entering invoices on the system
·Administer subcontract records for up to 100 subcontractors
·Ensure CIS compliance
·Check subcontractors insurance
·Able to reconcile subcontract retentions
·Work with team to resolve any queries
Experience
·High volume invoice processing with attention to detail
·Able to record and input data accurately
·Use of a self billing system
