The successful Administrator should be:
·Experienced in using Microsoft office suite, email and soft-phone systems
·Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
·Organised with a keen attention to detail
·Proactive, able to learn on the job and integrate into an office environment with ease
In this role, the Administrator will be responsible for:
·Providing administrative support to the office team, including data entry, managing appointments, filing, and scanning
·Handling telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries in a confident and professional manner, as well as raising jobs on the internal system
·Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
·Keeping office areas tidy and organised
Our client is offering the successful Administrator a salary in the region of £12.21 an hour plus holiday pay.
