Governance & Assurance Integration Manager - 12-month Fixed Term National salary: circa £60,000 London salary: circa £75,000 We're looking for a motivated, tenacious, and innovative Governance & Assurance Integration Manager to join our first-line Governance & Assurance (G&A) team-an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain broad experience across a large-scale integration programme. A bit about the job: As part of the Risk & Regulatory workstream within a major integration programme for our General Insurance business, you'll play a vital role in supporting the pace and success of the transformation. You'll help the business deliver great outcomes for our customers by providing expertise in change delivery, stakeholder engagement, requirements simplification, and framework and reporting support. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day support across several key workstreams, including workshop facilitation, risk and control framework activity, and essential project management disciplines such as milestone tracking, progress reporting, and senior stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with the Head of G&A Integration and the UKGI G&A Director to develop and maintain key project artefacts. You'll also help identify and resolve issues that may impact delivery, removing barriers to successful transformation. This includes contributing to the creation of functional specifications for new systems and processes. Skills and experience we're looking for: Experience working within a Governance and Assurance role within Financial Services. Understanding of the risk and control environment of a large-scale organisation. Successful record of building strong relationships and influencing senior stakeholders with credibility. Project management experience ideally related to integration, transformation or change in the governance and assurance space.
