Who You Are We are looking for an experienced Children's Social Worker who is confident in conducting various assessments including Child and Family Assessments, Parenting Assessments, and Sibling Assessments. You should be adept at managing diverse cases such as Child in Need, Child Protection, Child in Care, and legal proceedings. Having experience with Joint/Single Agency Children Act 1989 Section 47 is preferred. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a working knowledge of Signs of Safety. While you will be supported by a Practice Supervisor, independence and confident decision-making are expected in the best interests of children and families. You are expected to lead multi-agency plans and work collaboratively with Lincolnshire's Early Help / Future 4 Me teams. What the Job Involves Your role will require you to lead and manage a variety of cases, providing expert guidance and assessments. You will be an integral part of multi-agency plans to support children and families, collaborating with colleagues across different specialisms. You will participate in a weekly duty rota on a rotational basis, with required office presence during these periods. For the other three weeks, you will benefit from flexible working arrangements, involving a mix of office-based and home-based duties, always being available for necessary visits.
