About the Role
This is a part-time position (32 hours per week), including weekend work.
You'll support the Store Management Team in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high retail standards, stepping up to lead the shop floor when needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient trading
* Lead the sales floor in the absence of the Assistant or Store Manager
* Deliver exceptional customer service and inspire the team to do the same
* Support team training, delegate tasks, and monitor performance
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
* Open and close the store, including cashing up
* Receive and merchandise deliveries
* Ensure health, safety, and security procedures are followed

About You
* Experienced Sales Assistant or Supervisor ready for the next challenge
* Passionate about customer service and retail excellence
* Confident leading and motivating others
* Organised, proactive, and hands-on
* Positive, adaptable, and commercially aware
