We are working exclusively with our client to find 2 x Sales Development Representatives.

Our client is a market-leading contract database platform helping businesses unlock critical information instantly. By removing manual work, their platform organises, summarises, and retrieves agreements in seconds - saving clients thousands of hours.
They’ve tripled revenue over the past two years, now achieving over £2m ARR in a profitable way and partnering with leading names such as Marks & Spencer, Amey, The AA and Waterstones. With a lean and high-performing commercial function, they’ve built a proven outbound model and now have two SDRs driving consistent success.
Due to continued growth, they’re now expanding the team further and hiring two additional Sales Development Representatives to capitalise on strong market demand and scale the business to the next level.
Key Highlights:
1. Over £2m ARR, with revenue more than tripling in the last two years.
2. 42% of new ARR in the past 12 months generated through the SDR function.
3. Two high-performing SDRs currently in role.
4. 111 customers and growing, with a strong retention rate of 110% NRR.
5. £10–£15k ACV across a repeatable, mid-market motion.
