A well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong regional and international presence is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and supportive property team.
This is a great opportunity for a confident and self-sufficient legal professional who thrives in managing their own caseload and is committed to delivering a high-quality service to clients. The role will be based in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling a varied caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
2. Dealing with complex issues such as new builds, shared ownership, lease extensions, and title defects.
3. Maintaining proactive communication with clients and third parties to progress matters efficiently.
4. Taking responsibility for your own files from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision.
About You:
5. You’ll be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience.
6. Able to confidently manage your own workload, prioritise tasks, and work independently.
7. Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
8. Comfortable using case management systems and standard MS Office tools.
9. Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
