Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Finance Administrator include, but may not be limited to:
3. Reviewing procurement requirements.
4. Assessing non-compliant requisitions and communicate with clients.
5. Examining documentation including contracts, quotes for processing requisitions.
6. Liaising with the Transactional Procurement team to resolve queries.
7. Delivering advice and guidance to External stakeholders.
8. Supporting external stakeholders.
9. Arranging new supplier sets, between suppliers and clients.
The Successful Applicant
The successful a Finance Administrator should possess:
10. NHS or Public Sector and Government background desirable.
11. Exceptional attention to detail.
12. Ability to reliably commute to Salford.
13. Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
14. Successful problem solver.
15. Can deliver a high standard of Customer Service.
