+ Primary contact for the internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of service charge work in line with RICS and ICAEW guidelines. + Direct management of the Service Charge team workload to ensure delivery against both internal and external SLAs + Matrix management of our offshore budget team to ensure delivery is achieved against both internal and external SLA's + Work with our third party accountants to ensure delivery against our KPI and contract + Completion of monthly KPI and SLA reporting for management and clients + Work closely and supporting other Property Accounting Teams to provide exceptional outcomes to our client. + Ensure team maintain CBRE's ISAE3402 control standard, along with any Client required control frameworks; + Become a trusted advisor for our Internal teams on the RICS professional statement on Service Charges, and ICAEW Technical Guidelines + Signing and approvals with adherence to the payments policy + Attending client and internal meetings + Attending client pitches and presentations + Identify and implement process improvements
* People Management
+ Ensure regular 1-2-1s and team meetings are carried out; + Complete talent mapping, ensuring personal development plans and succession planning are in place across the team; + Undertake recruitment and induction processes as required; + Ensure annual and midyear appraisal cycles performed across full team; + Manage poor performers / disciplinary with guidance from HR as and when required; + Identify and rectify any training gaps across the Service Charge Team and ensure a plan is implemented
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships + Experienced in prioritizing and co-ordinate tasks efficiently + People management experience + Strong experience in Service Charge or bookkeeping roles essential + Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
