YF are really excited to be partnered with a multi-category challenger brand who are continually disrupting the protein-rich market. With key industry partnerships, strong infrastructure and rapid growth, they are looking for a Head of Sales to take autonomy of the Grocery function.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing an existing portfolio of Grocery Accounts; Morrisons, Co Op, Tesco, Iceland, and Sainsbury’s.
* Leading a dynamic and highly experienced Sales Team with further plans for expansion.
* Create and execute sales strategies for the wider sales team.
* Build on established relationships with Grocery clients securing new opportunities.
* New Business Development diversifying into other categories.
Candidate Requirements
* 7+ years’ sales experience; achieving and exceeding sales targets in the FMCG industry.
* Strong leadership attributes.
* Well developed relationships with Grocery retailers.
