Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team in Leighton Buzzard on a temporary basis. Summary:
Start date: Feb/March 2026
Duration: 6 months with potential to be extended or made permanent
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Pay Rate: £21.85 per hour
Hours: Mon - Thurs 3pm - midnight and Fri 12 - 5pm
Whilst training will be Mon - Thurs 7am - 4pm and Fri 7am - 12pm for approx. 2 monthsWhat You'll Do:
As a Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for applying various paint finishes to components, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Your role will involve:
Preparing work to be painted with precision and care.
Reading and interpreting drawings to complete tasks efficiently within the Paint Cell.
Ensuring that all parts are properly identified and documented.
Completing tasks within set timeframes to maintain workflow.
Conducting maintenance and proper storage of equipment.
Inspecting components to ensure they meet quality requirements.
Embracing a mindset of continuous improvement and contributing ideas.
Assisting with any other tasks as directed by your supervisor.What We're Looking For:

Experience in painting components with various wet paint finishes.
A strong ability to apply high-quality paint finishes to meet specifications.
An understanding of how to prepare surfaces for painting.
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
A proactive approach to maintenance and care of painting equipment.
