At Fawkes & Reece we are currently seeking to speak to any Administrative specialists, to join a leading tier 1 contractor as a Site Administrator on a permanent basis. Based in their site office in Portsmouth, with travel to head office and client offices required regularly.
My client has a requirement for a Site Administrator to join their business, where there is extensive opportunity for both progression and personal development. Working across a magnitude of sites and with key clients to improve system and documentation management, you will also be responsible for liaising with locals and providing support to the wider business as required.
The nature of the role as Site Administrator will be to provide support amongst the head office and stakeholders, liaising with employees of the business, clients, and suppliers. Responsibilities include logging and inputting data, preparing documents, and providing support throughout the business and to external individuals.
The role of Site Administrator requires someone with previous construction exposure and an administrative background. An organised nature alongside a proactive attitude is a key requirement, with confident communication skills both written and verbal. Knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft packages, is essential.
