Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shifts Available:
1. 6:00am – 2:00pm
2. 10:00am – 6:00pm
The Recruitment Group is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a newly established and fast-growing client based in Banbury. We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
3. Accurate picking and packing of products
4. Attention to detail is essential due to the high-security nature of the work
5. Ensuring all pick forms are correctly completed and actioned
6. Packing to a high standard to meet client and customer expectations
7. Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
8. Previous warehouse or packing experience is beneficial but not essential
9. Must have a keen eye for detail and a responsible attitude
10. Able to follow instructions and maintain high standards of accuracy
11. Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
