Residential Property Solicitor
We're looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join our friendly Residential Property team, to support our existing clients while building new relationships and a rewarding, fulfilling career in residential law.
The ideal candidate should have experience in residential property law, and a passion for providing excellent client service. If you're a self-motivated, qualified solicitor with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities
The chosen candidate will be responsible for a full caseload of residential property work that includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, development work and gifts of property.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in property practice and a passion for providing excellent client service. While every day is different, aspects you're likely to encounter include:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Mortgages
* Transfers of equity and property gifts
* Plot sales
* Communicating with clients regularly about their legal matters
* Maintaining strong existing client relationships
* Building relationships with new clients, agents, brokers and other professional advisers
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive
* Experience in property practice
