About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-paced creative agency.
This is a hands‑on, varied role combining personal assistant duties with office management responsibilities. The role offers flexible working hours, with some weekend work required depending on shoot schedules.
What You’ll Be Doing
PA & Founder Support
* Manage the Founder’s diary, meetings, and priorities
* Handle emails, messages, and follow‑ups on behalf of the Founder
* Prepare notes, documents, and briefings ahead of meetings
* Support with personal admin and ad‑hoc tasks as required
* Manage personal errands and appointments
* Assisting with personal and professional projects (office, business, home)
* Researching information and preparing summaries and recommendations
* Coordinating tasks, suppliers, and deadlines
Project Support
* Support the planning of agency projects
* Help coordinate logistics such as schedules, locations, equipment, and talent
* Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables across projects
Agency & Operations Support
* Provide general admin support across the agency when needed
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and freelancers
* Help organise internal processes, documents, and shared resources
* Support with invoicing, expenses, and basic reporting
Coordination & Communication
* Keep projects moving by chasing actions and keeping stakeholders aligned
* Ensure clear communication and smooth handovers
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a PA, production assistant, or admin support role
* Highly organised with strong time management skills
* Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using tools such as Google Workspace, calendars, and task management tools
* Discreet, reliable, and comfortable working closely with a Founder
* Must love animals/comfortable around them
Nice to Have
* Experience in a creative, media, or agency environment
* Full UK driving licence
