Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic GP Vet to work in our single vet, consult only clinic, with the opportunity for a fixed shift at one of our other branches. We have a lovely welcoming team across 8 sites in Bristol and Cheltenham, run by an experienced team of Clinical Directors and Senior Vets, many of whom have been with the practice for more than a decade.
The Clifton clinic is a single vet, consult only site, with the potential to take on some management of the site if this is an area of interest. There is support available from an experienced team at our busy hospital site, and the role may involve a fixed shift there. The site will be undergoing a refurb in the near future to maintain our high standard of care. You would be supported by experienced receptionists and a registered vet nurse. Ideally, we are looking for a full-time candidate who would join our weekend rota, but part-time applicants would be considered.
About You
We are looking for a Vet with more than 1 year of post-graduation experience. The successful candidate must be able and willing to perform GP work, including consultations. Although all complex cases could be referred to our hospital team, you would be the only vet in our Clifton branch, so confidence in sole-charge work is necessary. The ideal candidate will be organized and a good communicator with both clients and colleagues.

* Your working week will be over four days with a shared weekend rota. There are no night duties or bank holiday work as our Redland Hospital is the host practice for the Vets Now Bristol Clinic.
