Facilities Administrator -New York
Are you an Agile, service-oriented professional with a passion for creating safe, efficient, and welcoming workspaces? We're seeking a Facilities Administrator to join an Agile global team supporting multiple US office locations.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality workplace services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with the Assistant Facilities Manager (Americas) and be the go-to person for facilities-related queries and support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all Facilities Helpdesk requests.
Conduct property inspections and follow up on maintenance issues.
Monitor office cleanliness and liaise with contractors to uphold standards.
Manage off-site archival systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Maintain beverage/snack supplies and coordinate catering needs.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
Set up meeting rooms and assist with space planning and office moves.
Administer access control cards and liaise with building management.
Support contract management and service agreements.
Assist with basic support/repair tasks and coordinate specialist contractors.
Process invoices and expenses in line with company policies.
Provide cover for the Assistant Facilities Manager during absences.
